Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us. We hope that you have been satisfied with our service. We understand that life is dynamic, and that you might need to cancel a booking that you made with us. Please see below for our policy on your rights to cancel and the refund amount due to you.

Retreat Bookings

If you booked a retreat with us through a partner site, please refer to their own refund and cancellation policy. Unfortunately we are not able to assist in providing refunds in this case.

If you made the booking through us, then the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before event start date (first date listed on the event page) - full refund due.

  • Cancellation between 30 and 14 days (inclusive) before event start date (first date listed on the event page) - refund of 50% due.

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before event start (first date listed on the event page) - no refund due.

To make a cancellation, please use the details on our contact us page, quoting the event title in full within the message. Please ensure that you provide your name as per the booking.

If we need to cancel an event, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as practical. If this is before an event, we will refund you in full. If this is part way through an event, we may pro rata your refund, unless the cancellation is due solely to a fault of Consulting & Events Ltd, in which case you would receive a full refund.

Our aim is to issue refunds within 14 days of our confirmation of your cancellation, and our policy is to ensure all refunds are issued within 30 days of our confirmation of your cancellation, notwithstanding exceptional circumstances. Note that some banks may take longer to process payments. Please contact us if you have not received your payment within 30 days of confirmation of cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation of a cancellation within 2 working days, please contact us.

Other Services

Generally, the terms of cancellation and refunds for our other services will be set out in the individual contract terms agreed between parties and we do not take payment directly through this website for these activities. Please refer to your version of the contract for details on this.
