Mental Health Retreats
Mental health is incredibly important today. In the past, we relied solely on prescribed medications, but now we recognise the need for open conversations, support, and understanding when our bodies say "Stop!" I have experienced this firsthand and am passionate about helping others navigate their mental health challenges without resorting to medications that can often make things worse. My friend Dayna and I joined forces to create retreats focused on mental health, where we aim to coach individuals through their struggles and teach them how to find clarity in their minds. It's essential to know we have support in one another, and that's why we're here to help. Look forward to welcoming you to our retreats!
