Yesterday at the gym, I was chatting with a woman about yoga. She mentioned that she couldn't do it and, with a hint of self-doubt, glanced down at her stomach, saying, "You see, that's why."little annoyance in her tone.

However, I assured her that it's perfectly fine; we all need a break sometimes. That's why I conduct and organize Yoga Retreats for those who enjoy exploring their inner selves.


Yoga is accessible to everyone. As humans, we have all faced many challenges in our lives. Often, yoga is portrayed as a practice for women who are beautiful, healthy, and have attractive figures. However, for some, this is merely an illusion, as these individuals have dedicated years of hard work to achieve this. I am not shaming anyone here!

I simply mention that these are Yogis with not only a very healthy metabolism but also excellent genes! Additionally, some images today, in this century, are created by models or by A.I.

It is important for everyone to consider their well-being, health, and cognitive abilities. Yoga is an excellent practice for relaxation and greatly benefits mental health.

During this time, we ought to truly delve into our potential and cultivate a positive relationship with ourselves.

Regrettably, many perceive yoga as an activity reserved for those who are already fit or flexible. This misunderstanding disregards the fact that yoga events cater to everyone.
