She has over 16 years experience in 5 star hotels & in 3 Michelin restaurants. The Gourmet world took her life into places where it was incredible to just be a part of.

She made her way into the retreat business because of her desire to inspire people to achieve personal success on their inner healing journey, whatever their goals.

Neli Yoga Teacher – India Certified Ashtanga Yoga

Yoga stems from the Sanskrit word ‘’yuj’’, which means to join.

The evolution of yoga has brought about different interpretations of the practice; however, they all

seem to be rooted in the essence of the equanimity of the mind and ultimately the realization of our

true nature.

Human senses open outwardly and are therefore bound to continuously seek outward,

consequently, our minds remain intertwined in the external world.

Yoga - for me - is about the reunion with the omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent consciousness

which is free from the bondages of nature – God; it is the detachment to the world as we know it and

the dissolution of the ego (self). Yoga is a venture into the internal and eternal.

I completed both my 200-Hour and 300-Hour Ashtanga yoga teacher trainings in India in 2021 and

2022.

I am humbled for the opportunity to share my journey with you through holistic contributions of

creating a shared space to cultivate peace and mindfulness through deepened practice.

Through action, devotion, knowledge and self-enquiry one is awakened to a practice that is

existential, experimental and entirely experiential, which feeds into nurturing harmony, strength and

flexibility between the mind, body and soul.

Dayna believes anybody can become their best self, reaching their full potential, even when that seems unrealistic to the person themselves.

To achieve this, Dayna applies techniques from mindfulness and psychology, which she has studied in-depth for over a decade and a half.

She covers many angles of these topics, including scientific & religious aspects (and their intersection), spirituality, focus, and even the power of manifestation and the law of attraction.

How these techniques can be applied to you is Dayna´s real forte. Able to understand your situation and help you to map out a route to your desired position in life, she will give you targeted advice and guidance so your desires become your reality.

Hannah has a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification, which she completed in Bali in early 2022. She has been practising yoga herself since 2009, when she discovered yoga as a fun new exercise.

Her yoga journey started as a self-study, as well as yoga trainings at yoga institutions in the

UK, Europe, Singapore and Bali.

​Since then, she has been exploring the different branches of yoga: meditation, breath work and philosophy.

Yoga has turned into a lifestyle as she believes it has a positive effect on our minds and

our health.

She enjoys teaching a dynamic flow as well as mindful yoga, focusing on a mix of Vinyasa and Hatha

Yoga.

She is continuing her yoga education in breathwork, meditation and Yin Yoga and incorporate

this in her yoga practice.

Hannah also works as a Business Consultant; she works on projects where she helps to implement

payroll systems applications to various medium to large companies.

She spends most of her days sitting in front of her laptop analysing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, spreadsheets and holding virtual calls, so to balance this she tries to live a very active lifestyle.

She enjoys kickboxing, muay Thai, Krav Maga, jogging, fitness, strength training, mobility exercises,

stretching and flexibility training, as well as different types of dances such as salsa, bachata, ballet,

pole dance and pole fitness. The one closest to her heart is yoga, as it helps to keep her balanced,

humbled and connected to her true self, her inner child.

She understands the importance of disconnecting from our issues as many times she herself had

come close to the point of burnout. Yoga is one of the main anchors that keeps her grounded, it

keeps her on the path of stability - physically, emotionally, mentally.

She loves yoga so much that her passion is to share yoga with the world!
